These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and shwe88 ("shwe88," "we," "us," "Platform") governing your access to and use of the shwe88 website at shwe88.bet, including all associated games, software, mobile browser applications, features, promotions, and payment services (collectively, the "Service").

Know Your Customer (KYC). shwe88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS/UMID ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or PRC ID. Withdrawal processing may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your shwe88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your shwe88 account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. shwe88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your shwe88 account, you must notify shwe88 support immediately via the live chat function. shwe88 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account pending investigation.

You must promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

You agree not to allow any other person to access or use your shwe88 account on your behalf. If shwe88 reasonably suspects that an account is being accessed by an unauthorized third party, it reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

All deposits and transactions on shwe88 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). shwe88 accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels:

shwe88 does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered shwe88 account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

shwe88 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits, add or remove accepted payment methods, and impose additional verification requirements on specific transactions, at any time and without prior notice.

Deposited funds are credited to your shwe88 wallet in PHP and are available for immediate use on the Platform. shwe88 does not pay interest on any deposited balance.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit where operationally feasible. shwe88 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source as required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests submitted through GCash and PayMaya are processed within an average of fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

Before your first withdrawal, and at shwe88's discretion at any subsequent time, you may be required to complete the following identity verification steps:

• Submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver's License, SSS/UMID, PhilHealth, or PRC ID)
• A selfie photograph holding your submitted ID document
• Proof of ownership of the registered payment method (GCash screenshot or bank account statement)

shwe88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations. Any balance that is the subject of an ongoing investigation may be withheld for the duration of that investigation.

shwe88 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, VIP benefits, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. The availability, amount, and terms of any specific promotion are determined solely by shwe88 and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

All bonuses and promotional benefits are subject to specific wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, the standard shwe88 bonus wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount applies.

The following general conditions apply to all shwe88 bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one registered shwe88 account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device
• Bonuses may only be used for their stated purpose (e.g., a slots bonus may be restricted to use on slot titles)
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active may be restricted — using bets exceeding any stated maximum during bonus play may result in bonus forfeiture
• shwe88 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of bonus terms, or breach of these Terms
• Players who have opted for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy are not eligible to receive or utilize any promotional bonuses during their exclusion period

All games offered on the shwe88 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studios and are subject to continuous monitoring for compliance with PAGCOR's technical standards.

Bets placed on shwe88 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, which are available within each game's information panel. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions.

shwe88 employs technical systems to detect cheating, collusion, irregular betting patterns, and exploitation of software vulnerabilities. Any player found to have engaged in such activity will have their account immediately suspended, all pending winnings voided, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects a live game in progress, shwe88 will use reasonable efforts to resolve the outcome fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, shwe88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's shwe88 wallet. This constitutes full and final settlement for such events.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the shwe88 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering as or allowing access by any person under 21 years of age
• Creating more than one shwe88 account, or creating an account in another person's name without their express authorization
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, fraud, theft, or unauthorized use of another person's payment instruments
• Using the shwe88 Platform for any form of money laundering or to circumvent applicable Philippine anti-money-laundering laws
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to circumvent any security measure, RNG system, or software component of the Platform
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players or shwe88 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability — any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and must be returned
• Providing false information at registration, during KYC verification, or in communications with shwe88 support
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing toward shwe88 staff or other Platform users

shwe88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing gambling-related harm among Filipino players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users, accessible without charge from account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit ceilings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Set automatic notifications at chosen intervals to remind you of the duration of your current gaming session.

• Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on any shwe88 intellectual property

Any unauthorized use of shwe88 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, shwe88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the shwe88 Platform
• Loss of winnings or profits claimed to result from any technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error on the Platform
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banking institutions
• Loss or damage caused by events outside shwe88's reasonable control, including internet outages, Force Majeure events, or actions of Philippine government authorities

In no event shall shwe88's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you to your shwe88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

The shwe88 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." shwe88 makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

shwe88 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if shwe88 determines that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms
• Provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point
• Engaged in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8
• Failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Acted in a manner that shwe88 reasonably believes poses a risk to other users, the Platform's integrity, or shwe88's compliance obligations

Upon account termination, any balance held in your shwe88 wallet that has not been forfeited pursuant to these Terms will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance verification requirements.

You may close your shwe88 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure, including but not limited to outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds.

shwe88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

By registering for a shwe88 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting.

shwe88 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to: payment processing partners, KYC verification service providers, PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, and anti-money-laundering reporting obligations.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the shwe88 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute relating to your account or any transaction on the Platform, you must first contact shwe88 customer support to seek resolution. shwe88 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through shwe88's internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as provided under applicable licensing conditions. You retain the right to pursue any legally available remedy under Philippine law.

For the avoidance of doubt, the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms.

shwe88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via email notification to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the shwe88 Platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of the shwe88 Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting shwe88 support.
